4. Payments and Billing

7. Backups and Data
We may provide backups as a courtesy only.
We do not guarantee:
- Backup availability
- Backup accuracy
- Backup restoration
Customers must maintain their own independent backups.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Hardware failures
- Cyber attacks
- Network failures
- Force majeure events
- Third-party outages
Scheduled maintenance may occur without notice when necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Web Services shall not be liable for:

- Resell services without permission
- Attempt to access restricted systems
11. Third-Party Services
Some services rely on third-party providers.
We are not responsible for failures caused by:
- Domain registries
- Data centres
- Payment providers
- Software vendors
- Network providers
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:
- Payment is overdue
- Terms are violated
- Illegal activity is detected
- Security risks are identified
- Abuse complaints are received
- Infrastructure is threatened
Customers may cancel services through their account portal or written notice.
Upon termination:
- Services stop immediately
- Data may be deleted after 14 days
- Recovery may not be possible
