End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of software applications and integrations developed by Nexus Web Services ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By using our applications, integrations, or services, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Nexus Web Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications and integrations solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement.

3. Restrictions

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the software
  • Resell or redistribute the software without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
  • Use the software to violate any laws or regulations

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications may integrate with third-party platforms (for example accounting or billing tools). Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Data Protection

We only access data necessary to provide functionality. We do not sell customer financial data. Any data processing is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Web Services shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of data

8. Termination

We may suspend access if this agreement is breached.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
